"Yugyugan 2012" is making a come-back this year at PhilFest 2012! The Philippine Street Carnival, which is also an inter-association competition will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 2:30 PM at the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex located at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa FL 33626.
