Consular Outreach Program 2024
The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC, in collaboration with the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc., is delighted to announce the upcoming Consular Outreach Program in Tampa, Florida, scheduled from Friday, April 5, 2024, to Monday, April 8, 2024.
Heading the Consular team is Minister and Consul General Iric Cruz Arribas, and the program in Tampa will be overseen by PCFI Board Member Lari Peterson.
This Consular Outreach Program aligns with the celebration of PhilFest 2024, taking place at the Philippine Village (also known as PhilFest Grounds) within the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex from April 5 to 7. We encourage our guests to explore the festival!

The Philippine Embassy’s Consular Outreach will be hosted at PCFI’s Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, situated at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.
Appointment Setup

- All appointments must be made through the Philippine Embassy website.
- Ensure the selection of the correct date and venue. Appointments made at the wrong site will be rejected, and the applicant will need to reapply at the correct site, subject to slot availability.
- In addition to the standard consular application/service fees (e.g., passport renewal fee, visa fee, etc.), it is important to note that the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC and its affiliated service offices DO NOT request or solicit any monetary support, contribution, and/or donation for the execution of its consular outreach missions.
Consular outreach missions may be subject to cancellation or postponement due to prevailing weather conditions or serious public health issues affecting the destination.
