Consular Outreach 2025
The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C., in collaboration with the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. (PCFI), is pleased to announce a Consular Outreach Program in Tampa, Florida, scheduled to take place from Friday, April 4, 2025, to Monday, April 7, 2025.
This initiative coincides with the celebration of PhilFest 2025, which will be held at the Philippine Village (PhilFest Grounds) within the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex from April 4 to 6, 2025. We encourage attendees to take this opportunity to experience the vibrant cultural festivities of the event.

- Passport Processing/Renewals – Available on April 4 and 5 only |
Passport appointment will open on March 2, 2025 at 10:00 ET - Dual Citizenship Applications – Available on April 6 and 7 only
Deadline of submission is March 6, 2025

The Consular Outreach Program will be hosted at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center located at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FL 33626
Appointment Scheduling
- All appointments must be scheduled through the Philippine Consular Office and not through PCFI or the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center.

- Appointments will not be confirmed via phone calls.
- All appointments must be made through the Philippine Embassy’s official website.
- Applicants must select the correct date and venue when scheduling their appointment. Appointments made at the wrong location will be invalid, requiring the applicant to reapply at the appropriate site, subject to availability.
- Apart from standard consular service fees (e.g., passport renewal fees, visa fees, etc.), please be advised that the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C., and its affiliated service offices do not solicit or accept monetary contributions, donations, or any additional support for the conduct of its consular outreach missions.
- Consular outreach missions may be subject to cancellation or postponement due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions or significant public health concerns affecting the destination.
