Tampa Consular Outreach 2018
The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C., in cooperation with the Philippine Nurses Association Gulf Coast Chapter (PNA-GF), Philippine Nurses Association of Tampa Bay (PNA-TB) and the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. (PCFI), is pleased to announce that it will conduct a consular outreach mission in Tampa on Saturday and Sunday, August 4 and 5, 2018 at the PCFI’s Bayanihan Arts and Events Center located at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.
Services to be Rendered
- Processing of applications for issuance or renewal of Philippine Passport
- Processing of civil registry documents (reports of birth and marriage)
- Processing of authentication/acknowledgement of legal documents
- Administration of oath of former Filipinos under Dual Citizenship Law at 9:00 AM of August 5, 2018
To secure appointment of passport, civil registration or authentication, email your request to outreach@phembassy-us.org. Indicate in the subject line: Tampa Outreach. In the body of the email, indicate the complete name/s of the applicant/s, telephone, email address and the corresponding service/s required by each applicant.

To secure an appointment for Dual Citizenship, the complete application should be mailed to and received by the Embassy no later than July 16, 2018. Individual confirmation will be made via phone/email upon receipt of application.
Dual Citizenship applicants who also wish to apply for a Philippine passport after their oath taking should indicate their intention in the cover letter sent with their Dual Citizenship application and comply with the applicable passport application requirements.

- It is important that applicants with appointments come with all the required documents to avoid the rejection of their application. Please note that all fees are payable in cash or money order.
- All passport and legalization applicants are required to bring their prepaid self-addressed return envelope with tracking number from USPS.
- All applications are strictly by appointment only. Appointments will be automatically scheduled as they are received. Requests for specific time slots will not be entertained.
- The final list of applicants, with the confirmed appointment schedule will be posted at the Embassy’s website http://www.philippineembassy-usa.org, a few days before the scheduled outreach.
