Florante Live in Tampa Bay

The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. Visiting Artist Series in cooperation with NP Asia, Inc. and Pinoy at Iba Pa News Magazine bring you Florante Live in Tampa Bay at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:00 PM.

Florante became famous in the 1970s, parallel to the Beatles fever. He is a  singer, guitarist, songwriter, famous for the undying hit “Handog” (Offer) along with “Ako’y Pinoy”, “Abakada”, “Kahit Konti” and other undying Pinoy hit songs.

Many musicians and performers look up to his compositions because the substance emanates an, obviously, “sentimentally-cute” genuine message. When OPM rose to fame, Freddie Aguilar also became another folk icon but Florante’s Handog, still remains an undying and unbeatable classic.

General Admission to Florante Live in Tampa Bay is $30 while VIP Admission is $50.
