PPAC and Musikong Kawayan Participate at Experience Asia 2014

The Philippine Performing Arts Company, Inc. and the Musikong Kawayan Bamboo Ensemble successfully presented Philippine dances and music at the recent “Experience Asia” 10th Asian Festival at the Bloxham and Lewis Parks in downtown Tallahassee on Saturday, October 11, 2014. Hosted by the Asian Coalition of Tallahassee (ACT), “Experience Asia” offered a glimpse of Asia by showcasing cultural presentations and over sixty food and merchandise bazaars for a whole day. This event was participated in by countries like the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan, India, China and others.

ACT first held the event in 2004 and has grown into a huge local event in Tallahassee, Florida.
