Flores de PhilFest 2019
The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. is looking for participants to Flores de PhilFest 2019, a Santacruzan pageant to be held during PhilFest 2019 from Friday to Sunday, April 5-7, 2019.
Flores de PhilFest is a replica of Flores de Mayo in the Philippines where muses participate in a pageant parade. The Grand Flores de PhilFest Parade will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 3:00 PM.
