Artist John Brennan Wins ARTE On-the-Spot Art Contest 2015

ARTE On-the-Spot Art Contest 2015 was won by artist John Brennan from Lutz, Florida. The competition, sponsored by the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc., was held at the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex’s PhilFest Grounds on Sunday, March 22 and was participated in by seven artists from the Tampa Bay Area.

Brennan is a professional artist working from his studio in Lutz, Florida. He is nationally recognized as a wildlife artist and is a member of the Society of Animal Artists.

Many thanks to the judges, Joey Omila, Lari Cummings-Ongoco and Michael Greenwood, Lucy Bautista who was chairman of the Prize Solicitation Committee of PhilFest 2015 and to the members of the Philippine Performing Arts Company, Inc. (PPAC) who came as models for the competition!

All the contestant entries will be on exhibit at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center from April 10-12, during PhilFest 2015.
