Operation Sendong: Walang Iwanan
Come and join the fun to raise funds for our kababayans! The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. and Gawad Kalinga will be hosting various community fundraising games such as Bingo, Basketball 3-point shootout and more at the Philippine Village (Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex) at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 from 1:00-10:00 PM. Entertainment will be provided by our very own Philippine Choral Group with Joey Omila emceeing the event.
The funds raised from this event will be donated to the victims of typhoon Sendong particularly Cagayan de Oro, Iligan City and Dumaguete City. This is a call to the entire Tampa Bay Filipino community to come together, once again, to support our suffering kabababayans. Please invite your friends, family or acquaintances to come and help in this worthy cause.
The local Tampa Bay GK and PCFI are calling all of the other organizations to band together for this common cause. The local GK and PCFI are donating money from their own funds and other organizations and individuals are encouraged to do the same.
