PhilFest 2024 Performer Sign Up
Opportunities are open for artists, musicians, dancers, and performers to showcase their talents at PhilFest 2024! The festival is set to take place from Friday to Sunday, April 5-7, 2024, at the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex, situated at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FF 33626.

WHO MAY APPLY
Applicants of any age, race, sexual orientation, or nationality are welcome. However, performances must incorporate a hint of Filipino culture to be eligible for inclusion in the program.
It’s important to clarify that this application is not for participating in any of the PhilFest competitions. If you wish to join Tawag ng Tanghalan, Tanghalang Pambata, Yugyugan, or Revolution 2024, kindly complete the respective application forms for these competitions.
PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES
- Due to the high number of applications, there is a maximum time limit of 15 minutes per individual or group, encompassing stage preparation, entrances, and exits. The final performance time and schedule will be communicated to you based on the availability you specify in the application form.
- Kindly send your recorded music accompaniment in mp3 format via email. The email address will be provided upon confirmation of your performance. Please refrain from submitting cassette tapes, CDs, or using mobile devices that require internet connectivity during the performance.
- It is recommended to keep stage props to a minimum as storage space may be limited.
- A tent for performers will be available next to the outdoor stage for costume changes. However, all items used must be promptly removed after the performance to accommodate subsequent performers. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced items.
- In adherence to the family-oriented nature of PhilFest, we request that performers abstain from consuming alcohol during their performance or appearing under the influence. Violations of this request will result in removal from the stage and a permanent ban from future PhilFest performances.
SPECIAL PRIVILEGES
Participation in PhilFest 2024 is entirely voluntary. PCFI cannot offer any form of honoraria, financial assistance for transportation or hotel expenses, or additional privileges to individuals or groups. However, the following will be provided:
- Complimentary gate entrance tickets for performing members, with a maximum allocation of 10 tickets.
- Parking passes for groups with a minimum of 5 members. Each group is limited to one car pass, valid on the day of the performance.

PHILFEST PERFORMER ONLINE APPLICATION
If interested in perticipating as a PhilFest 2024 performer, please fill out the form provided below. Applications will be accepted until Friday, March 22, 2024 by filling out the Online Application Form provided below.
Your submission will be reviewed by the PhilFest Entertainment Committee and you will be notified of the result on or before March 26, 2024. Applications postmarked or date-stamped beyond March 22, 2024 will not be reviewed for participation at the festival.
