Rechemae Baguio Cooper Wins Tawag ng Tanghalan 2016
Congratulations to Rechemae Baguio Cooper whose rendition of “All Coming Back to Me” won her the First Prize at Tawag ng Tanghalan 2016 held during PhilFest on April 1, 2016 at the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex in Tampa, Florida. Rechemae was born in Mindanao, Philippines but is presently residing in the Tampa Area as a part-time economic freedom fighter for Americans for Prosperity. She was also the winner of “The Voice of Tampa” held at the Cabaret Dance Club earlier this year. Rechemae represented the Philippine American Cultural Organization (PACO).
Winning 2nd Place was sixteen-year-old Anthony Mottola from St. Petersburg, Florida who sang his composition “Alright” while Ruskin-based Carlo Araneta placed third with his rendition of “This is the Moment”.
