Sampaguita Ball 2021

The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. will hold its 27th Annual Sampaguita Ball 2021 on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 6pm at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center. This will be a joyful celebration after Sampaguita Ball 2020, scheduled in September 2020, was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Themed “Elegansia Filipiniana”, this year’s Sampaguita Ball will be limited to 400 guests, priced at $100-$125 per person. This will entitle each guest to complimentary valet parking, all-night deluxe bar service, a seven-course laureate dinner by Hao-Wah Catering, live-band musc and Cena de Media Noche. PCFI’s cultural arms, the Philippine Peerforming Arts Company, Philippine Choral Group and Musikong Kawayan Bamboo Ensemble, will also be premiering a new setting of Singkil, especially composed for the occasion by Nhick Ramiro Pacis, choreography by Joey Omila with the choir conducted by Connie Chanrasmi.

Like the past Sampaguita Balls, this year’s event is expecting guests to come from not just the Tampa Bay Area, but from neighboring counties and cities in Florida.

Sampaguita Ball 2021 is a major charity event for PCFI as proceeds from this event will benefit PCFI’s cultural programs and maintenance of the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex, including upkeep of the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center.
