The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc.’s “Summer Talent Showcase” program (formerly “Summer Youth Recital”) features members and friends of the community who would like to showcase their talents in a summer afternoon show. The new format is now open to all ages. This project was initiated by PCFI Board Member Melissa Santiano-Martinez and is now coordinated by Judy Sibayan.
