Flores de PhilFest 2017

The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. is looking for participants to Flores de PhilFest 2017, a Santacruzan pageant to be held during PhilFest from Friday to Sunday, April 7-9, 2017.

Flores de PhilFest is a replica of Flores de Mayo in the Philippines where muses participate in a pageant parade.
