Consulate-on-Wheels 2023
The Philippine Embassy in Washington DC, in coordination with the Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc., is pleased to announce that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Program in Tampa, Florida from Friday, March 31 to Monday, April 3, 2023.
The Consular team will be headed by Minister and Consul General Iric Cruz Arribas. The Consular Outreach Program in Tampa will be chaired by PCFI Board Member Lissa Biglete.
The Consular Outreach Program will coincide with PhilFest 2023 will be celebrated at the Philippine Village (aka PhilFest Grounds) in the same facility of the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex. PhilFest will be from March 31 to April 2. We encourage our guests to visit the festival as well!
What Services Will Be Available?
Services to be rendered are Passport Processing/Renewals and Dual Citizenship.
Where Will the Consular Outreach Take Place?
The Philippine Embassy’s Consular Outreach will be held at the PCFI’s Bayanihan Arts and Events Center located at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.
How to Set Up an Appointment
Appointments can only be set up with the Philippine Consular Office, NOT with the PCFI or the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center. For services, appointments, fees, requirements and other information, please refer to the links provided below:

No appointments shall be confirmed via phone call.
All appointments should be made through the Philippine Embassy website.
Make sure to select the appropriate date & venue. Appointments made at the wrong site will be rejected. Applicant would have to reapply at the correct site, subject to availability of slots.
Apart from the regular payment of consular application/service fees (e.g. passport renewal fee, visa fee, etc.), the Philippine Embassy in Washington DC and its attached service offices DO NOT request nor solicit any monetary support, contribution, and/or donation for the conduct of its consular outreach missions.
Consular outreach missions may be canceled or postponed depending on the current weather conditions or if there is a serious public health issue affecting the destination.
