Mark your calendars for another PhilFest coming this spring from March 31 to April 2, 2023!

The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc.’s PhilFest 2023 continues the tradition of sharing and promoting Filipino culture in a three-day celebratory festival at its home facility, the Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex in Tampa, Florida.

At PhilFest, there is a lot to see as a variety of vendors offer a plethora of exotic Filipino food, Philippine merchandise and exhibits of services.

Non-stop entertainment will also dote the PhilFest stage with presentations by PCFI’s resident performing groups, cultural shows by visiting performers from other states including groups from Canada. PhilFest also offers entertainment segments like “Tanghalang Pambata” Talent Competition for Children, “Tawag ng Tanghalan” Singing Competition for Adults, “Revolution” Youth Night and Hip-hop Dance Competition, “Yugyugan” Street Dancing, and many more! Highlight of the festival is an hour with R&B singer and songwriter Kiana Valenciano brought by The Filipino Channel and Pinoy at Iba Pa, PhilFest’s major sponsors.

PhilFest 2023 will also be conducting the search for the next “Miss/Mrs PhilFest” from the eight contestants, each representing her Filipino-American organization. One will get to see the contestants along with other participants in street parades like “Flores de PhilFest” and “Grand PhilFest Parade”.

At the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center, the Philippine Embassy will also be offering consular services through its Embassy Consular Outreach, culminating in a dual-citizenship ceremony of new Filipino-Americans.

PhilFest, now on its 27^th year, remains as one of the major Philippine festivals in the southeastern United States, attracting around twelve to fifteen thousand visitors annually.
