Flores de PhilFest 2023
The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. is looking for participants for the Flores de PhilFest 2023!
Flores de PhilFest is a replica of the Santacruzan in the Philippines where muses participate in a parade. The grand Flores de PhilFest Parade will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 4:30PM if weather permits.

Late Registration Forms will not be accepted and will not be allowed to participate in the parade.
PhilFest 2023 continues the tradition of having Filipino food and merchandise and non-stop entertainment featuring Tanghalang Pambata Talent Competition for Children, Tawag ng Tanghalan Singing Competition for Adults, Ms/Mrs PhilFest 2023, Revolution 2023, Yugyugan 2023, Consulate-on-Wheels, and many more! PhilFest 2023 will be held at Philippine Cultural Enrichment Complex (Bayanihan Arts and Events Center and Philippine Village) located at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.
