Honor: The Legacy of Jose Abad Santos

The Philippine Cultural Foundation, Inc. presents a film screening of “Honor: The Legacy of Jose Abad Santos” at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center located at 14301 Nine Eagles Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.

“Honor” is a documentary feature film about the story of Jose Abad Santos as weaved together through interviews with descendants, top World War 2 Philippine historians, official documents, and excerpts from articles written by Abad Santos’ son, Pepito, who was with his father through his last days.

Written and directed by Bani Logroño and starring Dan Sheneill, Angeli Dione Gomez, Alex Medina, Marlon Mance, Marina Benipayo, and Ricardo Cepeda, “Honor” has won awards at IndieFest Film Awards, History Film Festival and Cinemalaya in 2018. The movie is produced by the Philippine World War II Memorial Foundation.

General Admission to “Honor” is $10 and $5 for students.
